Booking & payment

How do I book a wedding car?

Message us with your wedding date, locations and the cars you like:

  1. Share your plans: wedding date, locations and preferred cars.
  2. Get a quote: we check availability, models and price, then send you a quote.
  3. Pay the deposit: pay the deposit by bank transfer to reserve your cars.
  4. Confirm the itinerary: we confirm the full itinerary one week before the wedding and your driver details three days before.
Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. After you accept the quote, pay the deposit and complete the booking details, we send you an e-contract so you can review the service and booking details.

How much is the deposit, and how do I pay the balance?

The deposit depends on the cars and itinerary; we explain it with your quote. The balance can be paid by bank transfer the day before, or in cash on the day.

Can I cancel or change the date?

If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to postpone for personal reasons, the deposit can be kept for the new date. Please contact us as early as possible.

How far ahead should I book?

Popular wedding dates fill up quickly. We recommend booking as soon as your date is set, so you can get the cars and convoy you want.

Prices & fees

How much does a wedding car cost?

Wedding cars are priced per 3-hour block. Common models:

  • BMW 3 Series: from NT$3,400
  • Tesla Model 3: NT$4,000
  • Tesla Model X bridal car: NT$6,800
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class W222: NT$6,800

Bentley, Rolls-Royce and other prestige models are quoted separately. See the full wedding-car list.

How many hours do we usually need?

Most processions finish within 3 hours. A typical route is: meet at the groom’s home → games and pick-up at the bride’s home → back to the groom’s home.

Transport from the groom’s home to the banquet venue is usually arranged separately. For a morning procession followed by a lunch banquet, if everything fits within 3 hours, the wedding cars can also take the couple and family to the venue.

What if we go over 3 hours?

Extra time is charged per hour, depending on the car:

  • Tesla Model 3: NT$800 per hour
  • Tesla Model X: NT$1,200 per hour
  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class: NT$800 per hour
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class W222: NT$1,600 per hour
How are cross-district fees calculated?

Standard prices cover city use within 35 km. Each extra district is NT$500. Trips beyond 35 km or to remote areas are charged by mileage. We calculate this from your actual route and include it in your quote.

What costs extra?
  • Cross-district and extra mileage fees
  • Driver’s red envelope: NT$600 per car
  • Sugarcane mounting service: NT$1,000
Do you have wedding packages?

Yes. Popular convoy packages:

  • Tesla 2-car package: Model 3 + Model X, NT$10,600
  • Tesla 3-car packages: from NT$13,900
  • Tesla 6-car packages: from NT$25,800
  • Mercedes-Benz 2-car packages: from NT$10,900

Want a different mix? Message us and we’ll put together a convoy and quote for you.

Decorations & customs items

Do we need to buy or rent bonnet ribbons and door-handle flowers?

No. Bonnet ribbons and door-handle flowers are included free of charge, and your driver installs them at the meeting point.

Do we prepare the sugarcane, bamboo and pork gift ourselves?

Customs items such as sugarcane, bamboo and the pork gift are usually prepared by the family. We can mount them securely on the car for a fixed fee of NT$1,000.

We don’t sell these items. If you’d like us to order them, we can ask a supplier and get back to you; ordering and delivery fees are extra.

How are they fixed to the car?

We use dedicated wedding-car suction mounts and brackets, and our experienced drivers fix the items securely. If the bride’s family hasn’t prepared these items, this step can simply be skipped, following both families’ customs.

Cars & passengers

Which cars do you offer?
  • Tesla: Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X
  • Mercedes-Benz: E-Class, S-Class
  • BMW: 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series
  • Prestige: Maserati, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce
  • Multi-passenger: Toyota Alphard, Lexus LM (7 seats), Mercedes-Benz Vito (9 seats)
How many cars should we book?

Convoys of 2, 3 or 6 cars are most common. Tradition favours even numbers and avoids 4, though modern weddings are more flexible, depending on what both families prefer.

Consider the street width and parking near both homes, the photos you have in mind and how many people need to ride. If you’re not sure, we can suggest a suitable convoy.

How many people fit in each car?
  • Saloon cars: 3 passengers recommended.
  • Bridal car: the matchmaker and the couple, 3 in total.
  • 7- and 9-seat vans: 6 passengers recommended, 7 at most.
Which colour should we choose?

Black and white are the most popular, and some couples choose red. Car colours are assigned by our team; if you need a specific colour, it can be requested for a fee, or discuss it with us first.

How do we arrange guest transport or rides home after the banquet?

A shuttle is the most efficient and economical option. We can arrange a Vito 9-seater, Alphard or Lexus LM 7-seater, and for larger groups a 21-seat minibus or 43-seat coach. Send us the number of guests, times and locations for a quote.

On the wedding day

How is the route planned?

Drivers usually navigate with Google Maps. If you have a set route, or a meeting point is hard to find, we suggest having a relative or friend who knows the way ride in the lead car to guide the convoy.

Is it true the car can’t reverse once the bride is in?

By tradition, once the bride is in the bridal car on the way from her home to the groom’s home, the car avoids reversing, symbolising “no turning back”. U-turns are fine. Our drivers know this custom and plan the route in advance.

What time will the cars arrive?

Cars arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the agreed departure time, leaving time for decorations and photos. For example, for a 09:00 departure the cars arrive at 08:40.

What should the couple keep in mind on the day?
  • Let your neighbours know: tell them the convoy will stop briefly on the day. A little consideration goes a long way and makes the celebration even happier.
  • Seating: the bridal car is for the matchmaker and the couple; other family members ride in the other cars.
  • A guide: ask someone who knows the route to ride in the lead car.
How are firecrackers handled?

For safety, our drivers stay focused on driving, and firecrackers are never set off from inside the car. Near the groom’s home, the convoy pulls over about 100 m away so family can step out and set off firecrackers (usually filmed by the photographer), then everyone gets back in and arrives together.

Will the driver take photos?

When the weather and situation allow, drivers may take a few behind-the-scenes shots without getting in the photographer’s way. Safety and the procession always come first, so this is a bonus that can’t be guaranteed and doesn’t replace a professional photographer.

What if a driver is late or doesn’t show up?

The day before, we reconfirm the driver, car and itinerary and give you an emergency contact. One hour before the meeting time, we check that every driver is up, and drivers report their departure and arrival so we can follow the day in real time.

If a car can’t arrive on time because of our driver’s lateness, no-show or a dispatch error:

  • We arrange a replacement immediately and tell you the expected arrival time.
  • Replacements are agreed with you first (model, colour and arrival time). Same or higher class costs nothing extra; for a lower class we refund the agreed difference.
  • Cancel and get a refund: if the car hasn’t arrived by the latest agreed time, or the delay means it can no longer be used for the wedding, you may cancel that car and we refund its full fee within 7 days.
  • We cover necessary alternative transport: keep the receipt or payment record and we’ll reimburse reasonable, necessary costs.
